payments to the credit company. They say that they've never received proof of this insurance and are charging me for this. How do I get the title to my truck, as I keep getting the run around and this has been going on for the last two months?

I would say if you have proof that you've had/paid insurance the whole time, you could send them that (cancelled checks/online payment email receipts, etc). The bank should be able to provide you with the actual checks (or front/back copies). The bank may charge you a fee for gathering that info. (Most people don't get their cancelled (actual) checks anymore). But gather what you need and show it to the bank/company holding the title. That should do it, and if they still don't give you your title, and say you owe for the "back" insurance, which is what it sounds like they're trying to say, then take all your documentation, and take them to court! (By the way, in most states, I think if you win your case you'll also win back the fees it costs to file a court case...and don't forget to charge them in the case with any out of pocket fees you incurred, such as the bank research fees to get you your cancelled checks, etc.). Good luck!

I would show them my bank statements and my checks used to pay them, that should help out a little bit becuase the bank is supposed to give you a copy of all the checks you have used. and if that doesnt work then get a lawyer :\
