Sugar.
Definitely never use sweeteners. They contain aspartame, which was originally developed to get rid of ants. if you have a problem with ants, put dowm some sweetener containing aspartame, and the problem will go away! The best alternative for sugar is stevia.
Salt.
We do need salt, but not the refined table salt variety. Sea salt is very good for you.
Fat.
Use olive oil. Definitely avoid transfat.

I have been using sea salt for the past 15 years. The regular salt stays in your cells and bloats you. The sea salt is organic and leaves the body when you urinates. Plus you don't use as much of the sea salt as you do of the regular salt.

I found that the more I used the sea salt the less salt I would use and now I use little to no salt at all. If I do have a taste I will still use the sea salt.

There is a difference in taste of the regular salt and the sea salt.
You can get the sea salt from the health food store and you can also ask them questions there about the other issues.

I also use olive oil to cook with when I need to use oil or a spray oil like pam.

Cravings for sugar, salt and fat are all linked to mineral imbalances and poor dietary choice training. I have had hundreds of successes with these problems.

Processed sugar is unhealthy, but salt and fat are part of a healthy diet - just use moderation in all things, but zero white sugar intake would be fine. There's fruits, honey, brown rice syrup, maple syrup, and even stevia.

artificial sweetener, garlic powder lends a salty taste to many foods. and there are pam and other non stick sprays for frying foods, and there is spray buttery topping thats got very little fat in it. if you have to use a fat there is always olive oil which is better for you than most fats.
