Use an exfoliant. A very inexpensive one is just moisturiser and salt mixed together gently rub over the dry pimples and rinse off. Alternatively you could get some liquid soap and mix in salt. It is like sand paper for the skin, just don't rub too hard or you will hurt the skin. Moisturise regularly and the dry pimples should go away.

go and get a professional facial that includes exfoliation and extractions. a homemade exfoliant is a few tablespoons of sea salt with enough olive oil to mix into a paste (about 5 teaspoons). the oil is moisturising, while the salt is abrasive enough to scrub off dead cells, and salt is very cleansing and detoxifying. make sure you use extra virgin olive oil, it's the purest.
