Texas!!! That's all that needs to be said. There is no one good word for Texas cause you can't describe it that way. But when someone hears or says the name "Texas" that says it all.

Depends on what the season is...in the Fall Texas is Wet...in the Winter Texas is Cold and Windy...in Summer Texas is Hot ....in the Spring it's ..Great.. at South Padre Islands for Spring Break!

"Big" is a good choice. So is "hot". They are both so very true. I think it's just great that you have 2 pages of answers to this question!
But since those have already been submitted, my answer is "godlike."
I am a Native Texan, and lived there most of my life. And I am SO very proud that I was married there, and all of my children were born there, too.
