i read an article about teens who call themselves "emos"and they claim they are against trends,but if thats so why do they all follow the same emo trnd look,and they claim to want to be diffrent but how can a person who dresses the same as others in their trnd group be diffrent,just wondering,sounds like a group trying hard to be diffrent yet actualy acting very trendy and drone like?

It happens to all subcultures eventually - big business realises it can make money of of something and starts slapping labels on things, marketing it off, piece by piece. And trendy kids buy it. Same as always.
