Heat it with a torch or hot blowdrier (don't melt the metal or make it red hot, this may ruin the lock) just get it warm, this will make the glue soft and then spray a solvent to desolve it. Done enough, there will not be any glue left. After, spray a little 3-in-1 oil since the solvent removed any that was there.

Acetone, or finger nail polish remover.
