i had a best friend that cheated several times on her husband. Stay far away from it! Don't try to stop her she won't because she isn't happy in other parts of her life. Just lend a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen don't judge and don't become involved in any way.

Honestly this is one of those things where it is none of your business unless you want the husband and I don't think that is the problem. First of all the lady is your best-friend not her husband. Even if you feel like he is getting the short-hand of the stick, but that is his stick and not yours. Be a loyal friend back to your best-friend and mind your business. Besides if this affair has been going on for 10 years, then I'm pretty sure there is nothing to stop her yet unless she gets caught on her own...not you going back to tell him anything. So the good advice to give her is to be careful.

There is no way to stop her if she has been cheating for 10 years . The only way to stop her is tell her husband and by doing that you might your friendship with her. Do you think if you spilled the beans her husband will believe you. If she has kids it might ruin the family structure but then again she ruined it by cheating. Alot of things you have to take in consideration. It should be her place to come clean but if she is doing this for 10 years it is hard.

Does she want to stop it? She has been involved with him for 10 years so it appears doubtful. Why are you concerned about her affair? Did she ask you for help to stop it? Someone who would cheat on her spouse is not being honest to her spouse and, as a result, lacks integrity. Instead of cheating she can file for divorce and then she can do whatever she wants. But for whatever reason, she has decided to lie to her husband and I would imagine she also lies regularly to her lover as well. So she is a big liar and she is your friend. Do you think she has lied to you as well?

Yes, don't get involved in it. Her husband must be an airhead not knowing that his wife is cheating for the last 10 years or maybe he can't perform anymore and they have a mutual agreement. Anyhow, stay out of it and pretend you don't know anything.

I think ur friend needs to learn this by herself. When u play with fire u get hurt. She will learn from her mistakes. Tell her that she is going to tear her marriage apart. She's going to be considered the bad one. Ask why is she doing this in the first place.
