What is the best Blogging site/application.?

I'm currently using Blogger.com for my blog but it seems too limited or perhaps I just need to learn more about Blogger. For example I would like to create an index page that can organize my posts by category instead of just chronologically. I'm thinking of trying WordPress or GoDaddy.com's QuickBlog. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i think blogger very good probaly the best.
