It's uh... I don't know what it is, but I get it every onece and a while... hmm I don't know One time my brother got it and he put it in a jar. Seiriously. I'm not kidding. It was so nasty and he still collects it. My mom told him to throw it away and he said he did but he just shoved it under his bed. EWWWWW! SO gross. And now my dad wonders why his room smells horrible. My brother said he wants to get in the world records book so he gave me and my other brother and sister $20. THATS $60 DOLLARS TO KEEP TOE JAM! How nasty!

it's a secretion that's created from sweat , especially if you wear closed -toe shoes for a period of time.it's normal , gym shoes will cause the problem every time , just wash feet well and add foot powder before putting on your socks , it helps.

Toe Jam is just fuzz and dirt mixed with your sweat. Wash your feet and it'll go away until the next time your dirty feet get all sweaty.

Another definition - what happens when you stop really short, especially in a sport like basketball, and your foot keeps going but your toe stays put. Very painful...

Dead Skin cells off your feet (think foot dandruff), dirt, sweat, bacteria and other things. Hey, kicking off your shoes feels great, but that's when you pick up stuff you can't see.
