It means that you are the second (beta) tester. I suppose that the "alpha" test was on herself.

beta means unofficial, not the whole thing, and it could be changed, so she means that she wants you to taste the egg salad, and teel her what you think, because betas are also used to ask people for improvements and tweaks. hope you like the salad :)

She has moved on to the second phase, but it is not quite ready for release, as they could be some tweaking needed.
