Saw a video on VH1. It's mostly black & white. Female singer. There's mannequins, all wearing black and white. At the end of the video, there's colored powder thrown onto the scene. Don't know who sings it or the name of the song. Any ideas????

No, not the chicks. I'd recognize them. I have never seen this girl before. There's no band members in this video. ..Thanks
