What is the Safe Port Act of 2006 doing? Is it shutting down all online poker websites?

U.S. citizens will not be able to give money to foriegn entities for the purpose of gambling. This doesn't shut them down, but U.S. citizens were their best customers by far.

Makes about as much sense as my granddaughter wanted flowers on her birthday which happens to be 9/11, but the flower shop said they could not send them on that day..so try to figure that one out???
