Yes it does no good to get angry or sulk. In order to learn from defeat you must be thinking clearly. I think when I boxed in the Army it taught me the importance of keeping your cool and congratulating the person who beat you.

Yes. It's important to learn early in life that you can't win at everything. All you can do is try your best, and in doing that you can never go wrong. That in itself is a victory. The only time you really lose in life is when you sell yourself short.

I can honestly say I have NEVER been defeated. can t think of a thing.but if i ever did get defeated i do not think i would handle that very well.
