I get leg cramps if I am standing alot at work all day, or have had a really hard work out at the gym. It is somewhat normal, just take some tylenol and a hot bath and try to relax.

I get them too, but I found that if I eat a banana atleast once a day I don't have them quite as much. You might also try potassium or daily vitamins.
