What is it like? (if you go there or went there or visited there)..do You think it's impossible for a B and C student to make it there? I can imporve but I doubt I will go there when I'm older..I make such horrible grades....

If I start improving my grades now, will I still have a chance to make it in there? Like if I made straight A's all the way? Good permaent record, good grades, nice behavior, and well written reports?

Being accepted to Harvard may not be as difficult as you imagine.

If you are of proven ethnicity: American Indian, Hispanic, or African American, there are scholarships available to you. High school counselors are aware of some of these scholarships; but, most counselors are not cognizant of specific tribal or ethnic money that is available for education.

Don't sell yourself short. If you truly want to attend Harvard, write to them, tell them about yourself, get something in writing from Harvard about what is required for admission.

Scholarships are also available for specific subjects: History, Mathematics, Biology, American Studies, Afro-American Studies, Native American Studies.

Harvard is only a name. Just by attending Harvard, doesn't guarantee you will learn anything. Many state colleges and universities have learned professors and departments dedicated to teaching their students:Northeastern State University, Oklahoma, University of Arkansas, Southern Georgia University, Memphis State Univesity, University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Don't be such a snob to think Harvard is the only place to get an education.

I am acquainted with two people who graduated from Harvard; both are opinionated and pompous, verbally vocal about the fact they graduated from HARVARD, and cannot be questioned about their superiority on any subject. No chance for communication with these two! They talk to each other or themselves.

Realistically, you may not have a good chance of getting in. However, I suggest that you get into a decent college then start working in a leading corporation (then get substantial work experience). You may then apply for Harvard Business School for your MBA.
