Most certainly. Not just in my head but in everyone`s head.
In fact, this single component of reasoning only differentiates the humans and the animals. Whether one likes it or not , this takes place all the time. Going one step further the conflict that arises in human mind and the resultant unhappiness is only due to the conflict between the reasoning in one`s mind and the actual action taken. " I want to help this HIV patient. I know that nothing will happen' is the reasoning. But I walk out on him, fearing something else and being indifferent to the sufferer. I feel bad and unhappy about my decision.

Unfortunately so. I wanna be so spontaneous and just DO and SAY whatever I wish. Then this little voice tells me exactly what will happen to me and others if I do. *sigh* So I stay in control *pouts* But I sooooooooooo just wanna "DO."
