Why are downloads on Download Accelerator so slow. Used to get 100 kb/s now is down to 5 kb/s?

Try downloadin the File with the Internet Explorer Download Manager....and Check the Speed.....If you are Still gettin the LOW Speed......Then Check if the Internet Package has Been Changed or Not..................I guess.....cann up the Internet Provider...and Tell them that you are Facing Such Problem........Hav Fun

Could be spyware; Norton is notorious for slowing down computers after a while. You might try Disk Cleanup - Defrag, etc.....
