It's not illegal. I live in CA, and my uncle told me it was illegal. I love to drive barefoot, so I researched it. It is FROWNED UPON, but I could not find any proof that is illegal. If you have PROOF, leave the link.

No, that's no longer unlawful you would possibly want to purchase your mum a replica of the line code which states: "you should ensure that clothing and footware do no longer preclude you using the controls in the perfect way". a lack of footware does no longer preclude the perfect use of controls, while really intense-heeled shoes might want to. even with the indisputable fact that, i'd propose that you a minimum of have a pair of boots in the again of your automobile even as driving. the reason being if you're curious some site visitors coincidence there might want to be fairly some damaged glass about, so a pair of boots might want to truly are available accessible!

Yes, it is illegal in some jurisdictions to drive barefoot. However, in other jurisdictions it isn't. In some it was illegal, but no longer. You really have to know the local laws to know whether it's illegal where you are.

I didn't know people thought it was illegal. As long as you have a license you can drive barefoot if you want.
