It was in the scene with Matthew Modine in the movie "Full Metal Jacket" when he is negotiating with a prostitute in Danang and she says to him "Ooh me so horny, me so horny, me love you long time" to try and get $20 instead of $5. They turne the line into a song.

I t was from the movie platoon or full metal jacket. The vietnam hooker would say it when the US soldiers would come into town on leave. "Me so horny" was their other line.
