There is absolutely no safe time, otherwise i think there d be much less unwanted/unexpected pregnancies
If and only if you are married and have a stable relationship where you are not at the risk of STD from a casual just started a couple months ago thing then use birth control, again its not 100% but its much better than without if you dont use condoms which i recommend you do unless you want to be pregnant
just remember its so easy to get caught up in the moment and make the baby or invite disease but its a world of difficulty to raise a child or deal with your disease

No safe time, I have two kids from my period with birth control... I love them, but I am one of those rare cases and proof that the period isn't a safe time either.

You take a chance everytime you have sex of getting pregnant... You know how people claim you can't get pregnant while on your period? Well, i got pregnant while i was on my period but sadly miscarried.

You could keep track of your cycle by going to this website http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

(It is a very helpful website and free to join)

there is no safe time. you can get pregnant at any time of the month, even on your period. there are times that its less likely, but its never impossible.
I, for example, got pregnant on my period, a time that some people belive it is impossible. I was also on the pill. if you arent willing to lovingly raise a baby with the person you are sleeping with, dont have sex, you arent ready

this is not a good idea...there is no specific time where you can have sex and not get pregnant. though rare you can even get your pregnant during your period. if you are having sex you should be using protection....at least get birth control.

If you seriously want to know this...you need to talk to your GYN. However, without taking ovulation tests every month, there really ISN'T a "safe" time.
