At least you see that you need better English and actually WANT to learn it. That is a big problem with people that move here from other countries.
You can get any kind of job you want if you are qualified for it. You can learn English for free someplaces. Sometimes classes are offered at high schools after hours. I am not sure where to tell you to look tho.
