I am switching from nextel which really had bad service and I was wondering which has better things to offer. thanks

I have had both Verizon and Cingular, and I would 100% go with Verizon. Cingular wasn't bad, but you just cannot beat verizon. their cust. svc is better, and their signal is better.

I have had no experience with cingular but I have been happy with verizon for several years.

Cingular... their rates are better and since they merged with AT&T they give great coverage. and if you work for the government you get a huge discount.

i have cingular. its worked well for me for over 10 years.
i like the rollover minutes, i have over 4000, can use this as
my main phone..

Verizon. You don't loose reception, it's not expensive, and I have had for almost 7 years with no problem.

I have verizon - works well in ct and whenever i drive in ny. no complaints about service.

Rollover mins are cool. I just don't want that many people following me around saying their my network.
