I once heard a physicist say that "time is largely a psychological phenomenon." Is anyone familiar with this quote that can tell me who originated it and explain what he meant?

I think it means you can't really prove that time exists. It's all in our heads. we have invented rules to measure it that work for us here, now, but we don't really know what we are measuring or if it is accurate?. Time and space have relation to each other, so if we can travel throught space somehow we should be able to travel through time but somehow we can't do that yet, I think we don't go fast enough yet but we'll see. Technology is advancing so fast I'm sure it won't be long, but there we go again with the time thing huh?
