Use gray, light brown or light purple shadow(gray eyes you said). Start with the lightest shade. Apply on lids up to brow. Use medium shade at corners of lid and sweep across crease of lid from one corner to the other. Blend. Use darker shade at corners only and in very small amount. Can be used with or without black eyeliner. Black mascara. Pale pink lip gloss or light brown/pale pink lipstick with lipliner. Light brownish pink blush. Don't forget foundation and powder. Do not use a lot of foundation. Don't forget to blend with makeup sponge around hairline and under chin. Have Fun!!!!!!!

If it's for going out or an event where you want to do dramatic or evening makeup, one of my favorite things to do is dark eyeliner...use liquid liner to draw a line at the base of your lashes & wing it out, then use a pencil to line the inner rims of your upper & lower lids. Very "mod" and best with a nude, glossy lip. This will draw attention to your eyes and also make your lips look even bigger.
BUT, if it's for daytime, and for a guy, generally they like the "natural" look, seriously. No, this does not mean bare-faced, it just means don't scream "I'm wearing makeup." Men are not God's most observant creatures and you can get a lot more makeup past them than you can a woman.
So I would wear a light, shimmery taupe or champagne shadow, line your eyes with a brown liner & smudge it, curl your lashes & use a good mascara & a blush with a little shimmer to it. Then pick a lip gloss that isn't too seriously sticky but gives you a little shine. I know, this doesn't sound fancy at all, but it will work on men.

do not apply your foundation too heavily, do it fairly lightly.
with your eyes, go with a blu, brown, or pink/red look. Do a medium-dark color on your lid, a darker shade in the crest of your lid, and a light color to highlight your eyes right under your eyebrows.eyeliner drawn on the bottom(only) of your eye. Apply bronzer for a day look and blush for a night look. Apply it lightly. For bronzer, right under your cheekbone, and for blush, right above it, sweeping it up and out. Once you are done with all of this, you will find it looks quite good, and that is the perfect amount. Not too heavily made up, fairly natural looking, but the amount and style to make you look very pretty and highlight your natural beauty. This way you are made up to impress! Good luck you will look great!!

Start out with your skin-you dont need ultimate coverage, but thoroughly cleanse and exfoliate for that smooth texture and moisturize tonight before you sleep. Wake up with clear, smooth skin and swipe on a thin layer of face moisturizer before patting on light pressed powder to avoid getting a flaky, cakey appearance. This method really brings out the natural beauty in your skin without looking fake!
For that sexy look on the eyes, apply jet black eyeliner and lay it on thick. Choose a eyeshadow shade that will bring out your eyecolor, go for a matte color or slightly metallic for a little more noticeability.
If you want that WOW make up effect, go for an ANGLED eyeshadow look. Like usual, apply darker shade along your crease, and instead of moving up towards the brow bone with lighter shades, angle the direction outwards toward the tip of where your eyebrow ends on the sides, sort of like a blurred triangle shape - and stick to that same darker shade. If youve got liquid eyeliner, go for a way different color and lay a good thin line on the crease.
If youve got both, apply a lengthening mascara, let dry, and add another small application of volumizing mascara. DONT FORGET to curl your lashes! It really opens up your eyes. If youve got slightly dark circles under ur eyes, smooth on a concealer a few tints lighter than your skin tone.
As for lips, lip colors of lights and pinks make for a cute look, and a little deeper shades make for sexy sophisticated. Apply on moisturized and chap free lips, smack until even.
If you use blush, put a thin layer starting from the apples of our cheeks moving up outwards towards your hairline by the top of your ear, use a shimmery color for that sunkissed look.
For the hair, go all out with volume! Let down your hair and curl using a medium sized barrel. If you havent got the time, go for a half up-do with barrets and clips.
Have fun and good luck girl!

brown eyeliner that makes your eyes stick out but doesn't make people go "oh my gosh she got beat up" im fair too and brown seems to be a natural, more appealing look. do a light but noticable eye-shadow. darker mascara (either brown or light black) and curl the lashes of course. no need to douse yourself in the foundation, i think that looks tacky and almost "trying too hard" natural beauty is where its at! :) go slightly darker than your natural color on your lips (it's the perfect time of year to do that!) and a hint of lighter pink blush (you don't want overwhelming flushed cheeks!)
im jealous of the gray eyes..how pretty!!

even your skin out with a foundation conceal under eye circles. dfine your brows, apply a biege shadaow over your entire lid, next a bronzey color on the outer corner of your eye up to the brow.( like a side ways triangle with the piont towards your hairline )blend well out to the temple. use a bronze peach blush, from the temple towards the nose and a bronzey lip color. finish with mascara, paying attention to the lower lashes. blend well for a natural finish.

I reccomend utilizing powder for lighter insurance, and starting place for heavier insurance. in case you only want a touch insurance and to no longer look like your wearing makeup, use stila's tinted moisturizer. For the eyes, follow this worry-free education guide. a million. city decay primer potion or l'oreal de crease. 2. follow a white eyeshadow base, NYX jumbo pencil in milk is nice. 3. follow city decay eyeshadow in Goddess throughout your eyelid 4. Then use a shimmery whit eyeshadow on your foreheadbone. 5. Use a army blue, or black eyeliner for the bottom and the proper and upload mascara. For blush, use a effortless shimmery pink.

idk..what do u look like?
even out ur skintone with foundation, cover up ur blemishes and if u have bags use concealer.
if you have pretty eyes..define them with eyeliner, do eyeshadow that brings them out. brown-plum. green- golden. blue- brown..etc..
do ALOT of mascara. groom ur brows and put some white eyeshadow on the bottom lid. put glitter shadow on the outline of your eyebrow. contour your cheekbones with blush and bronzer and make them pop. if you have a good nose highlight it with bronzer. if you dont then outline the sides with dark foundation. if you have full lips flaunt them. if you dont add clear closs to the middle and use plumping gloss. have an amazing attitude and smile and be confident and you'll look great. top it off with powder but add more mascara at the end (the powder may get on ur lashes)

go for the natural look... if you put too much on you will end of looking like a clown. I am not an advocate of no make up however; i do think you can wear it and not look like you have a ton on...
