I'd say keep trying. I have an H1B visa myself. I finally found a company that had an opening for a job that I would like and was willing to sponsor me. It took me almost a year to find it. I almost gave up since my practical training was going to expire. So, keep trying and keep sending your resume on those websites. Also, don't tell them that you need H1B visa on the first interview unless they ask you. Good luck.

No, you are able to't get a H1B visa and not utilising a job. in case you will get an H1B and lose your pastime you will additionally at modern lose your visa, regardless how lengthy it says it somewhat is valid on your passport. If a job danger says that it demands which you already would desire to be licensed to paintings in the U. S. it potential that they don't seem to be prepared to sponsor all people for a paintings visa. somewhat in case you do not have a greencard or are an US citizen that's a waste of it sluggish to stick to.
