hi when my bf hugs me my nipples get hard an u can see them through my shirt even when im wearing a bra and its embarrassing cuz he tends 2 stare at them.

A padded binding or bra of some sort will do the trick. I agree, they have good quality lined bras at Victoria's secret but you can find them all the way down the cost ladder at Walmart too.
Make sure if you do try band-aids that you are not allergic to adhesive or latex...I am and it hurts a lot to remove them from sensitive skin like your nipples if you have any resistance to it.

By a Bra Labelled No Show Through, you will have to try it on to be sure, but the only thing you can really do is get a thicker bra

wear a padded bra if you are and that doesn't work cut the ends off a band aid and apply the little tabs over your nipples, before you put on your bra.

you can get a bra with thicker padding, or add your own padding to your original bras. Also, there are these sticker-like things that are meant to be put on your nipples so you dont have to wear a bra. You could use these to help push down, flatten, and pad your nipples, without extra heavy padding in your bra. these are quite common and you could probably get them at your local wal-mart or other store similar.

Don't laugh, this works. Put the round band-aids on them, and use a heavier padded bra. Also, when your boyfriend stares, cover your eyes with your hands and ask him what color your eyes are- if he stutters and stammers (and he may no matter how obvious the answer should be) tell him to start paying attention to WHO you are too....

I can relate- I use the thin pads from my swimsuit and put them in my bra to conceal them- I don't like padded bras- but wear em with white shirts -you know why!

You can't stop your nipples from doing what they want to, so you have to work on the bra. Get a bra with a lining or a molded cup. Not a padded bra, but something with a little more substance.
