Hiya Brandon,
While the oscar and molly will both do well in the same ph and temperatures, its not a very good idea to mix them. Oscars have ferocious appetites and while its not gauranteed he will try to eat the molly, chances are he will! The Oscar will most likely nibble on the molly and in turn leave it stressed which will lead to infections and fungus.

It depends on how big the oscar is. As the oscar gets bigger it will start to eat the mollies. Oscars are aggressive and mollies are good community fish. The best thing to but with an oscar is another oscar but that does not mean that they will not fight. Mollies are a good fish to have a bunch of other fish with that are community fish. I had an oscar that eat all the fish in my tank which included: a sucker fish, three other oscars that where the same size and two catfish. Another thing is that oscars will grow as big as the tank will let them the more you feed them and the warmer the water the faster they grow. That does not mean to put them in a small tank, lower the temp. and feed them less. Oscars just grow big. Good Luck.

Well if you like your Mollies I wouldnt do it... Oscars love fish! I also hope you have the fish in at least a 50 gallon fish tank. 1 Oscar per 50 gallon tank. Oscars do well with other aggressive fish just not anything that can fit in there mouth. I hope that helped!

Do not mix any type of fish with Oscar fish. It eats smaller fishes for dinner. It grows very fast too. It is only social friendly with same species.
