It's a takeoff of 'Ghost' with Demi Moore. All the characters are in that film, Sam, Carl, Molly, and so on. Remember the film. Sam, is killed by Willy on the instructions of Carl. He comes back as a ghost and can only be seen by Whoopi Goldberg. Eventually Willy and Carl get killed and taken to hell by spooks.
