-4p=20/3

11/30= -a/9

if ur solving for p then:
-4p=20/3
p=(20/3)*(1/-4)
p= -5/3

if ur solving for a then:
11/30=-a/9
-a/9=11/30
a=(11/30)*(-9)
a=(11/10)*(-3)
a= -33/10

-4p = 20/3 (or -4p/1 = 20/3) therefore p= -1.6667

-a/9 = 11/30 therefore a= -3.3

just cross multiply :)

11/30(9)= -a
11/270= -a
0.04= -a
