Drive out to the countryside by yourself and lie in the shade of some tree. WIth your eyes closed, think, breath, and listen until dusk at which point you will find truth sewn into that warm orange glory.

God Bless You.

Focus on the good things. Do something just for the fun of it. Talk to someone who cares about you. Smile. Watch a comedy. Excercise. Hang in there things can't go wrong forever. If your at a school I would try to talk to a conselor. There is something about these people that can make the saddest fellow (Me) feel better. Focus on feeling better for a few minutes at a time.

Hang in there

NOTHING GOES THE WRONG WAY-it's all in how we handle the things that happen to us in our lives. if we think things are wrong they will be. if we stop worrying and start coming up with solutions there aren't any wrongs. if you can't fix it don't worry about it. the time you spend thinking about what's wrong the less time you spend coming up with solutions to what "might" be wrong get off your *** and KNOW this is another day and there are solutions to all problems. PRAY even before things get bad not afterward. if you are not a believer then you already know there is an answer to all your problems, stop feeling sorry for yourself and make things happen.

Well, some people turn to alcohol, but that generally makes things worse. I usually just stop working on whatever I'm doing, go sob uncontrollably for a bit, do something I find relaxing, and try to remember that things will get better (and somewhere out there, there's somebody who's worse off than me).

Take a deep breath, step back form the situation.
Nothing is insurmountable, don't give up....just take your time and don't be so hard on yourself. Easiest thing to do and I know it sounds so trite, but if you have too, slow down, just keep doing the next right thing one step at a time, and don't focus on the whole overwhelming picture, just focus on doing the next right thing.....pretty soon you'll be wondering what had you so beaten....just take it one at a time, not all at once.....

Good luck!

Welcome to my world! I pray a lot and read related scriptures in my Bible to remind me I am not the first to have trouble nor will I be the last. In the natural, you may want to talk with one of your academic advisors and tell them exactly what you wrote here. Someone should be there to help you move to some real solutions. Ask to see the chaplain on campus, too.

Call your family and friends. Tell them how you are feeling, and they'll rush in to support you!

I've done it myself. I wasn't suicidal, but like you, I had given up!

Talk to your family and friends. If you have no family or friends, there are hotlines that you can call, and they'll help you..

Look at the goodness in you, and what the world is missing if you give up.

You can talk with me if you'd like. I've been there, but call your family and friends. They love you, and you'll fell better when they show you that love!
