Yes, it is possible but why would you want to do such a stupid thing when it feels so good? I'm 67 and I still masturbate 3 or 4 times a week.

yeah. are you afraid of forgetting how to masturbate or something. its like riding a bike, once you know how to do it, you dont forget how. but all you need is a little self control if you wanna stop for 7 days.
