my comp turns off when I try to burn a cd then error says something about a driver do i need to take in?

not sure how to fix do i need to take in to a shop or is it easy to repair any one know thanks

Go to the device manager and right tic on the drive and un-install it , then reboot the computer, this will reload the drivers.
