I seriously hope that you have misphrased this question. Did you mean "what should I do if two guys I like want to go with me and I'm not sure who to chose?" If that is the question that you are asking then I would sit down with a pen and a piece of paper, make two columns with each ones name at the top and write down the qualities that I like in the two people. After I was done I would also write down the qualities that I did not like even the little things on the opposite side of the paper. Afterwards I would look over what I have written and see which one comes out on top. For instance the one that you have the most in common with and I would date that person first but I would also stay friends with the other one (just in case ;)) so that if things don't work out then you still have one on the back burner for later.

If you meant it the way it sounded which I hope not. My first question would be "how old are you". Now if you are of legal age of consent then that is completely up to you but you could also use the same principle as above. I personally do not get sexually involved with someone that I know I can not be in a serious relationship with. Although people are different if all you care about is sex then hey the threesome thing would save time but If you REALLY like these guys and they are good guys then I would definately slow my roll and get to know each of them a lot better before making that kind of decision.
