That is such a wonderful question to ask...it really makes me think because I didn't really grow up in the greatest of environments....I was definitely showed enough love when I was very little...but it was shown in very subtle ways....I don't have much of an understanding with my mother....growing up my mom gave me the best childhood....she made up for what my father was never there for......once i became old enough to pretty much take care of myself, around the age of 12 with a paper route...i began to understand the responsibilities of life....she broke down at that point and after all the years of loving and taking good care of me...she just had to finally give into her own needs and desires....i never understood that in my teenage years....but w hen i really think about it, she is the one who raised me and made me the happy and positive person i am today and even though she has lost touch of how great life could be, i am glad she had the strength to be there for her children when they really needed it and showed me how to be in control of my life...whether those were her intentions or not.....i beleive she is the reason i am the perfect way that i am and i love everything about it

My parents, but especially my mom. My extended family made all the children in the family feel like we were loved, adored and treasured.

My father. He protected me from my mother. He taught me to respect life, no matter how small and insignificant. He taught me he loved me even when I was disobedient. He taught me that there is something loveable in everyone.

I've revised this since. There's something loveable in "allmost everyone".

It is my beloved paternal grandmother. She's the best and I am so blessed to have her. I love her and cherish her. I make sure she knows it too!
