how can somebody whos 18 an doesnt live with his/her parents and receivs to $ from them and is still in high school for one more year see a phsychologist twice a week, have an apartment in a semi-upper-middle-class area and have two cats, one cat has hi vet bills

obviously you dont know the "whole" story behind his/her situation and if you were a close enough friend to this person then he/she would have already explained their story to you. it sounds to me that you are a tad bit jelious of this person.
