I always save them.

Good for lunch the next day,
or a meal in a hurry.

Here's something that always
amuses me:
People will throw out perfectly
good food because it is 'left overs'
and then go buy a t v ' frozen
dinner', or a 'ready made' something
or other at the grocery store.

Do they really not understand
that these foods are PREVIOUSLY
cooked and refrigerated or frozen
at a plant? Essentially - 'leftovers!'

The only difference between those
meals and leftovers is that at home
you do not add chemicals, and
you know WHO has prepared the
food you are about to eat.

Our rule is we try to eat the leftovers first If they have not been eaten within 3 days. I throw them out. We try to make one or two nights a week leftover night.

No, I rarely have any leftovers because I usually "clean my plate," and when I do, I usually don't I usually throw it away because it HAS to be bad for ME to leave it behind! So I guess you could say I don't save or eat my leftovers -- I eat it or throw it away.

No, no, no. I'm a bad cook, so I don't like what I make when it's still fresh and warm. Why would I eat it later? My dog enjoys my leftovers. She appreciates my cooking.

No I don't. I'm ashamed to say that some of my leftovers do end up in my garbage disposer.

Sometimes we don't save them, sometimes we save them and don't eat them and sometimes we save them and eat them. Depends on the items and days.
