my house has been on the market for 6 mths, im in an area whereby many houses are for sale and there are limited buyers. Is is possible to sale your home by auction with a reserve price// i paid 145,000 for it with cash in 2001 and im asking 179,900 for it know i would need 155,000 to break even...

I don't know how much time you have to research the subject, but there is a Best Seller book that tells you exactly how to go about AUCTIONING your home and other very creative ways to sell your home FAST!
The book is How to Sell Your Home in 5 Days by Bill Effros. It gives you step by step instructions leading up to the auction such as placing Wednesday newspaper ads announcing that the home will be shown on the weekend and sold to the highest bidder on Sunday night.
