I know of someone who used to be an Executive Secretary. Her boss figured that she was overqualified for the job and sent her to HR for an evaluation. The company found her to be suitable in a high-pressure and high-intensity environment and then they sent her to operations. She has been climbing up the corporate ladder since then.
