Superman might be able to catch a cold under these rare circumstances:
1) He has been exposed to Krytonite and the cold germs have entered his system.
2) He is exposed to a Hybrid Earth/Krypton Virus.
3) He encounters an Alien Cold Virus.
4) Exposure to a Red Sun has robbed him of his powers and now he has to regain them and thus is susceptible to the cold bug.

He can catch anything but perhaps you mean the flu. Well, yes he can get sick but he'll cure real well. I'm more worried about the bug that can floor the Man of Steel!!!

Not of the earthly variety- those viruses affect humans, not Kryptonians.
Of course some bacteria/viruses from his home planet Krypton would be a different story- I just hope he didn't sneeze in the direction of any sailboats! :)
