Believe it or not, intruders feed me with endless drugs that torture my brain & my physical body. This lead to financial losses. I want to demand compensation payment for damages done. But I have financial difficulties to employ a lawyer. How can my problem be solved? Can you recommend any department that provide legal advice whereby lawyer fee is paid after compensation money received?

First, although not manditory, it would be in your best interest to go to the police and report the abuse, because if it is proven and the offender prosecuted, then it improves your position in Civl Court.

For a Civil Case, you cannot have a Public Defender...a Public Defender only represents an accused once they have proved that they cannot afford an attorney in a criminal manner and the Court appoints the Public Defender to represent them.

Many attorney's will take a case on a contingency fee basis plus expenses, which would come out of the total if the case is won. Most contingency fee lawyers offer an initial consultation for no fee to decide whether or not you have a valid case.

Some attorney's will require you to pay expenses whether you win or not, others will not; that is something you would need to find out. If they win they usually take a percentage between 33%-40% if the case is settled out of Court, and if the case goes to Court, they may want 50% of the win.

To find an attorney, you could look up your local Bar Association in the phone book and they can provide you a list of attorneys that specialize in the are you need respresenation in.

What you need to do before even scheduling an initial consulation, you will want to do the following:

First of all, you would have to be able to identify the "intruders" that are allegedly feeding you with endless drugs. In order to file a suit, an attorney will need the name(s) of the person(s) and/or organization(s) that you are claiming caused this damage.

Secondly, you would need to be able to show that the "intruders" caused you damage to your brain and physical body with supporting medical history and or impartial medical examinations and opinions. In order to claim punative damages for torture, you would need to keep a diary of how this torture impacted you, how, what type (mental or physical), how long did the pain last, how severe the pain was and how it caused you monetary loss.

Thirdly, and most important, you need to find out if the "intruders" have any assets worth suing for, if not, no attorney will take your case as even if you did prove your case and win, all you have is a piece of unenforceable paper.

Every county has a Bar Association and a Legal Service number. Both of which can help recommend you a lawyer or get you a public defender. If you need help I can probably get you both numbers if tell me your state and county. Good luck man.
