As what my other posts say, my fiance's two sisters are living with us. The one that is my age has her boyfriend staying here. I swear to God he is flirting with me! This is what happened when she wasen't here: He threw a cat toy at me, put his hand on my shoulder( standing like a foot away) and said what's up? I dont even know him! Then when we went grocery shopping with her little sister and him he kept trying to run the shopping cart into me over and over. Everytime we go somewhere he says "shotgun!" when I'm driving. I also just get the feeling that he likes me. EEWW!

I think that "flirting" is more verbal than what you're describing (with some "looking" thrown in). I would characterize the things you describe as more like "coming on" to you.
And if it's unwelcome and he is living in your house, then you need to do something to set it straight. But women would be better than I am at advising you what to do about it.
My best guess is that you ask your fiance to either tell the guy to cut it out (maybe in your presence), or ask your fiance to raise the issue with his sister. But you would do better to get advice from a woman.
