Windows will do this automatically unless this feature has been disabled. You can re-enable it by right clicking on my computer. Go to properties. click the advanced tab. click settings under performance. click advanced tab. click change. click on your hard drive. click system managed size. Click set. click ok. Restart your computer.

Assuming you're using windows, surely you jest. The virtual memory on your PC is an amount that can be addressed by the processor running the windows OS, so you can't exactly increase that. As long as you have enough room on your disk, windows will take space for paging in the paging file on disk. You can fiddle with that by right clicking my computer->properties->advanced->
performance settings->advanced->virtual memory->change
Unless you really know what you're doing, you should probably let it be set to system managed.
I think you really want to know how to increase the real memory on your computer, you buy more memory and ainstall it. That's the only way you're going to see any performance difference.
