What if you haven't used up all of the space, can you insert it again and add on more tracks?

No, whenever you burn a CD you're given an option to format it (I believe) which usually people automatically click yes. If you format it then you can't add on anymore Tracks. If you choose not to then yes, later you can, although I believe a lot of CD players will only play formated CDs.

If it's a recordable cd u can't add tracks. But if it's rewritable cd then it is possible.

Only if it's a Rewritable one (CD-RW)
U need to format
With a CD-RW u can add tracks if u formated it before ( With in cd)

No you cant. Only if it is a data cd, not a music cd.
