go to a local tanning bed that also provides professional airbursh tanning. but, if you dont want to pay a lot of money... use the dove and jergens self tanning lotion! they really work! (tip: be truthful to your skin tone when you pick up the lotion... if you have medium skin make sure you get the lotion for medium skin!)

i go to the tanning bed... if your not afraid of the risks of UV... go to the tanning bed. i see guys there all the time!

I have blonde hair and I'm married to a red headed marine. I tan by going to a tanning bed and using an extreme tingle factor lotion that also has a triple bronzer and I tan for the max time every other day. My husband spends EVERY SINGLE DAY out in sun and freckles up but he tans a little over time but you just have to be persistant. Work up to it and then just continue whatever plan of action you decide on.

start out slow, then build up the time you can spend in the tanning bed. after you see a decent tan lin start using the lotion tan enhancers.... the ones that have tingle... use the mild one first and work your way up to the high tingle lotions

Buy Neutragena Build-A-Tan (it's in a bronze bottle) I have the same skin tone as you, and this totally works for me! It looks like an actual tan, not a fake orange one. if you are a guy, god please DO NOT use a tan in a bottle. these things are very touchy, and i'm sorry, but you will be mocked for years if anyone finds out you attempted to use a tan in a bottle and turned orange and streaky!
i personally think even guys tanning in the booths is a little femmy. wait till summer, and then go for it outside slowly so you don't burn. i think it's only hot if you get it naturally.
