1- What is the best DVD±RW brand recommended, that burns anything safely and fast, and has a dual layer writing ability? And play copy DVDs & scratched DVD's (A DVD/RW that has a good optical)

2- How can I make the DVD±RW Multi regional from the beginning without affecting the system and the DVD-RW?

3- What is the best speed to select to burn good quality with no errors on the CD or DVD, (Max speed, Min speed or in between)?

Confused and want to buy one ASAP :) thanks for coming and helping out :)

1). The lite-on combo with light scribe is hands down the best for the price period!
2). Download and use "DVD 43" for free off the Internet.
3). The slower the speed, the fewer the errors! (Always!)

Plextor is supposedly the best DVD burner on the market today. As far as scratches go, stuff happens! There are "Scratch Removers" at Radio Shack, how well they work, I don't know. The multi regional issue is in an e-mail to Plextor waiting for a reply. A good/best speed, slower is better, probably 8X in a 16X burner.

Think the better is a sony .mine is A Open and i'm very satisfied
