In the hands of people that have allowed the world to make them think without oil we can't make it. There are so many choices we have but we continue to use fuel for our cars, homes and businesses so till we get a grip...the oil is going to us and the benefits to the "Oil Companies.

It is being sold on the open market now that sanctions against Iraq (under Saddam) have been lifted. It is then refined as other oil and gas from this part of the world is, then shipped all over the world.
The money is put into an account by the American companies who now control the extraction operation, after declaring oil contracts with the previous government were void and in breach of UN sanctions.
. The money belongs to the Iraqi government but I think they have to get 'approval' if they wish to spend any of it. Presumably, a lot of it is spent on guarding the oilfields and pipelines.

I thought it would be in large sausage type bladders in storage facilities all over the world re-labelled, food! Wasn't that the whole idea in the first place? food for oil? well any way you look at it, everything is running out, we don't know quite what to do. F***, never seen' this cummin', waddawedonow?!!!!!......But BIG and I mean BIG!!!! business that have the world oil supply locked up, also locked up technologies of previous inventions (Some proved to be viable) all locked away, gobbled up by them, to bring out, just as the worlds 'fossil fuels' come to an end. The industries that are currently making munitions and getting wealthy all over again from wars will, again, be producing the "New Volkswagen" of the new world order, as I furiously wobble my bottom lip. THEeeeeeee "NPH-Vehicleuniversalecogreenantigravityplatform", the only vehicle allowed by the Govt, Due to tight (vested).....Ahem!,.....emmissions control provisions..... And the beat goes on......And the beat goes on....

Much of it goes by supertankers to Total S.A. refineries. You may recall Total, Fina, and Elf gas stations in the U.S. Total S.A. is headquartered in Paris. The former Elf Aquitaine was also French. Fina was Belgian Petrofina. All are now combined as Total S.A., one of the world's largest integrated oil companies.

U.S. troops, including our "brown-shoe" navy are defending Iraq's oil wells. ("Cassie" and "Neddie" really don't have a clue.)
