u just wasted a question. It would actually be worse because a monkey is incapable of comprehending the human language. Therefore unable to commuicate with its cabinet members and decisions cannot be made.
I think what u wanna hear (if ur against Bush) is: it will be better.

They would stay the same, because the real person in power isn't Bush, it's his advisory team...now if they were all replaced by monkeys, we might start seeing some real changes...LOL!

well, they sent a monkey in orbit and it did just fine.
but, i bet you'll never see bush going to orbit...they know he'll blow the damn ship up.
i'd vote for the monkey.
