Lithosphere is the solid outermost shell of a rocky planet. On the Earth, the lithosphere includes the crust and the uppermost layer of the mantle (the upper mantle or lower lithosphere) which is joined to the crust.

Hydrosphere in physical geography, describes the collective mass of water found on, under, and over the surface of a planet.

Atmosphere is the general name for a layer of gases that may surround a material body of sufficient mass. The gases are attracted by the gravity of the body, and held fast if gravity is sufficient and the atmosphere's temperature is low. Some planets consist mainly of various gases, and thus have very deep atmospheres.

A volcano is a geological landform usually generated by the eruption through a planet's surface of magma, molten rock welling up from the planet's interior. Other forms of volcano include ice and mud volcanoes.

Larva is a juvenile form of animal with indirect development, undergoing metamorphosis (for example, insects or amphibians).
Lava is molten rock expelled by a volcano during an eruption. Magma is molten rock below the earth's surface. Lava, when first exuded from a volcanic vent, is a liquid at temperatures from 700 °C to 1,200 °C (1,300 °F to 2,200 °F). Although lava is quite viscous, about 100,000 times the viscosity of water, it can flow great distances before cooling and solidifying.

the zone of brittle rock between the earth's surface and the asthenosphere (a zone of ductile deformation about 200 km below the surface.) The lithosphere consists of the entire crust and a smidgen of the uppermost mantle. It has an ultramafic igneous composition (mostly magnesium, silicon, and oxygen). The lithosphere forms the "plates" of plate tectonics.(Lithosphere)

The part of the Earth composed of water including clouds, oceans, seas, ice caps, glaciers, lakes, rivers, underground water supplies, and atmospheric water vapor.(Hydrosphere)

The gaseous layer covering the Earth's surface. It is constituted mainly of nitrogen (78.1%) and oxygen (20.9%). The remaining 1% is made of various gases - the major one is argon (0.9%), others are ozone, carbon dioxide, methane, sulfur dioxide, water vapor. The regions of the atmosphere are: Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Chemosphere, Thermosphere, Ionosphere, and Exosphere. (Atmosphere)

A volcano is a geological landform (usually a mountain) where magma (rock of the earth's interior made molten or liquid by high pressure and temperature) erupts through the surface of the planet. Although there are numerous volcanoes (some very active) on the solar system's rocky planets and moons, on Earth at least, this phenomenon tends to occur near the boundaries of the continental plates. However, important exceptions exist in hotspot volcanoes. (Volcano)

a stage of insect complete metamorphosis between the egg and pupal stages. The feeding, growing, nonreproductive stage of insect development.(Larva)

lithosphere is the the outer part of the earth, consisting of the crust and upper mantle, approximately 100 km (62 mi.) thick.

hydroshphere the waters of the earth's surface as distinguished from those of the lithosphere and the atmosphere.

atmosphere the gaseous mass or envelope surrounding a celestial body, especially the one surrounding the earth, and retained by the celestial body's gravitational field.

volcano is an opening in the earth's crust through which molten lava, ash, and gases are ejected

lava is the molten rock that reaches the earth's surface through a volcano or fissure

lithoshpere-earths crust
atmosphere-body of air that surrounds the planet
hydrosphere-all the water on the planet
volcanoe-formed from increased pressure of rising magma
not sure what you mean by larva, its the second stage in the process of metamorphosis for an insect. if you mean lava- that is the molten rock inside the earth, composed of minerals- the thicker it is the more silica it contains.
three kinds of lava
basaltic
rhyolitic
andesitic
