You can download a Powerpoint viewer at microsoft.com.
The program you need to actually create presentations is available for purchase from Microsoft. You can buy it seperately for a couple hundred or you can buy it as part of MS Office Professional for several hundred.

power point is not free , it is from microsoft corporation , as a component from its world famous office package you can buy it from any software store or get a hacked package from a friend but this is illegal
