computer help needed?
in the add or remove program section of my sister in-laws computer there is a large section that has black and white lines. what is this from and how do you fix it?

If the monitor is okay the rest of the time, and only acts up in "add and remove" there may be spyware/adware at work. Try downloading and running Spy-bot Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware. Update and run them often. They are free downloads. AVG antivirus and Windows Defender are also good free programs.
